As a starter, we have a ON RAMP COURSE - a comprehensive course designed for everyone willing to learn the basic of Cross lesson with proper techniques. The course is highly recommended for all newcomers. After completion of all the basic lessons you will receive a certificate of course completion.

Individual ON RAMP COURSE 3250, -
The aim of the ON RAMP is to expose you to the fundamental movements used in Cross and to work on your skill development. We will prepare you to enter the Cross classes knowing that you can confidently carry out the movement safely and efficiently.  Those 8 individual lessons will be personalized and lead by an experienced coach. On completion of those classes, you will receive a certificate and will be free to attend any Cross class. The length of one lesson is 60 minutes. The price includes the entry to NewPark and coach service. Moreover, the package includes also a  NewPark Gym chip. The validity period is 2 months.

The course takes place every single day except Saturday. You should always begin by the Indroductory lesson (number 1). After completion of this introductory class, the progress of the remaining 7 techniques is up to you.The overall breakdown can be found in the table below.

Once completed the ON RAMP course you will get a certificate and you will be able to participate to Classic lesson of Cross and Cross basic. The capacity of ON RAMP lesson is from 1 to 27 people. If the group is over 15 people, two trainers will be allocated.
